Intake

You can raise a complaint without creating an account. You will receive a tracking code that lets you follow it and add information later.

Usually in the link your employer shared, after /intake/.

What happens to what you write

  • Sealed on arrival. Only the Internal Committee can open it.
  • Your identity never appears in any dashboard, chart or export. Aggregate statistics suppress any group small enough to identify a person.
  • Every access is recorded in a tamper-evident log, including by administrators.
